MPD Continues Drug Sweep with 10 Arrests
The Martinsburg Police Department announced today 10 arrests for heroin and crack cocaine distribution. The latest law enforcement action comes as MPD launched “Operation Spring Cleaning – Part V”, the Department’s ongoing street level drug enforcement initiative.
The arrests stem from drug investigations conducted my MPD Detectives in the months of July and August of 2017. Chief Richards and Deputy Chief Swartwood said of the arrests,” We will continue our zero-tolerance stance against drug dealers in the City of Martinsburg, and applaud the outstanding effort of all officers involved”.
Those arrested are as follows:
Gabrielle Turner DOB 3/15/1984 Charge: Delivery of Crack Cocaine
Tawana Walford DOB 2/10/1981 Charge: Delivery of Crack Cocaine
Sally Morrett DOB 3/24/1988 Charge: Delivery of Heroin
Jeanie Shepherd DOB 4/9/1969 Charge: Delivery of Heroin
Christopher Jackson DOB 12/24/1977 Charge: Delivery of Heroin
Michael Graham DOB 8/18/1978 Charge: Delivery of Crack Cocaine
Jennifer Billings DOB 10/7/1992 Charge: Conspiracy to Deliver Heroin
Larry Swanson DOB 5/28/1949 Charge: Delivery of Crack Cocaine
Linnie Dean DOB 4/28/1994 Charge: Deliver of Heroin within 1000 feet of a school
Sean Stoneburner DOB 4/30/1991 Charge: Delivery of Heroin within 1000 feet of a school
Kimberly Kelley DOB 12/5/1984 Charge: Delivery of Heroin within 1000 feet of a school
This arrest operation was assisted by the U.S. Marshals, West Virginia State Police, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, Shepherdstown Police Department, and the Eastern Panhandle Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force.
