In the photographs, the subject in the RED hoodie is known as "Butter", and the subject in the BLACK hoodie with grey writing on the side is known as "Prince". Butter and Dollar have been arrested, Prince has not been arrested or identified. Also in the photos is a subject in a WHITE HAT known as "T-Dot" . T-DOT is still a person of interest.

County Sheriffs Deputies extradited the suspect back to WV from Altoona PA.
The Defendant, DeAndre Fullen, aka "Dollar" DOB 7/24/86 of 1715 LaCombe Ave Apt 5F Bronx NY was arraigned by State Magistrate Sandra Miller and he was incarcerated
in the Eastern Regional Jail awaiting further court proceedings.
Fullen was arrested on the charge of Aiding and Abetting Murder in connection with the Oct 27th homicide of Donald "Dee" Redman that occurred at 517 Third St

On 4/13/06 at 5:17 PM the Department was notified by the Altoona Pa. Police Department of the arrest of DeAndre Fullen, aka "Dollar" DOB of 7/24/86.
He was arrested on the outstanding warrant for Aiding and Abetting First Degree Murder in relation to the 10/27/05 homicide of Donald Lee Redman.
Altoona Police said that Fullen was stopped in a vehicle stop and he gave a false name. However after submitting to fingerprints it was determined he was DeAndre Fullen.
He is currently in jail in Pennsylvania on the Fugitive from Justice Charge and is waiting further court proceedings. The Berkeley County Prosecuting Attorneys Office
has warranted full extradition on him.

On Friday evening 2 24 06 the Martinsburg Police Department was notified that officers of the New York City Police Department had arrested an individual wanted for Murder from this jurisdiction. Officers of the Manhattan New York 34 Precinct Gang Unit arrested the suspect in an unrelated incident.
The suspect was providing authorities the name of John Richardson, he was later identified as John Grant aka “Butter” and was wanted by this department on an outstanding murder warrant for the shooting homicide of Donald Lee Redman which occurred October 27th 2005 at 517 Third Street Martinsburg WV.
On 2 28 06 Martinsburg Detectives made contact with the District Attorney’s Office for the County of New York and was advised that John Grant did not waive extradition and will be incarcerated in New York awaiting his next extradition hearing scheduled in April of 2006.
The investigation into this homicide is ongoing and Martinsburg Detectives are still seeking the arrest by warrant of two other individuals for their alleged involvement in this homicide. They are DeAndre Fullen aka “Dollar” and a subject not yet formally identified other than by his alias of Prince”

The Martinsburg Police Dept has identified the suspect known as "Butter" in the Oct 27, 2005 homicide of Donald Lee Redman also known as Dee. Martinsburg Detectives identified the suspect through witness identification of photographs and obtained a state warrant on Dec 14, 2005 from State Magistrate Sandra Miller for Murder.
It is alleged in the complaint for warrant the suspect known as "Butter" did shoot and cause the death of Donald Lee Redman at the residence of 517 Third St. Martinsburg.
The suspect has been identified as John Grant and he utilizes several different dates of birth. One of them is 11/2/84. He is described as an African American male, 5 ft 7 in tall and 160 lbs. He is a resident of the Bronx NY area and it is believed he is still residing there.
This is the second suspect identified in this homicide. The first being DeAndre Fullen aka "Dollar" . His DOB is 7/24/86 and is also a Bronx NY resident. He is wanted for Aiding and Abetting the murder.
Martinsburg Detectives are working with NY authorities to bring about the apprehension of the suspects. The Berkeley County Prosecuting Attorneys Office has authorized extradition from anywhere in the US for the suspects.

On November 9th 2005 Martinsburg Police Detectives obtained a third warrant in regards to the homicide investigation of Donald Lee Redman also known as “Dee”. The warrant was obtained from State Magistrate Sandra Miller on the felony charge of aiding and abetting murder for one of the individuals believed to be involved in this homicide.
The suspect has been identified as DeAndre Fullen aka “Dollar” date of birth of 07/24/86 and listing an address in Bronx New York. The warrant was sought after an eyewitness identified a photograph of the suspect, which was obtained by Martinsburg Detectives from New York authorities along with his personal identifiers.
The Prosecuting Attorney of Berkeley County, Pamela Games-Neely has warranted full extradition of the suspect from anywhere in the United States. Martinsburg detectives have been in direct contact with members of the New York City Police Department in hopes to secure the suspect’s apprehension. It is believed that all suspects are still in the New York City area.
Martinsburg Police still hold active murder warrants for two associates of the suspect with the aka names of “Butter “ and “Prince” and the investigation is ongoing to identify these subjects by proper name to assist in their apprehension.

PRESS RELEASE
On October 27th 2005 at approximately 7:57 AM Martinsburg Police and Martinsburg Fire Department EMS personnel responded to 517 North Third Street Martinsburg WV for a homicide. Martinsburg police located the decedent at 515 North Third Street Martinsburg WV, in the enclosed porch area of the next-door vacant apartment.
The decedent was identified as Donald Lee Redman also known as “Dee” listing no fixed address. The decedent suffered a trauma wound believed to be a gunshot wound to his head. Forensic evidence was collected at the scene and investigators began to identify and later interview persons who were directly at the crime scene. On 10 31 05, Dr. Mahmoud the Chief Medical Examiner advised that Donald Lee Redman did suffer a gunshot wound to the head and the manner of his death would be listed as homicide.
Martinsburg Detectives believe that the homicide occurred at approximately 5:00 AM on 10 27 05. The investigation revealed several eyewitnesses who later provided statements as to the scenario of the crime. It is believed that the decedent was involved in an argument and altercation with two individuals who have been allegedly described as drug dealers from the New York City area. The altercation escalated into one of these individuals shooting the decedent in the head with a firearm. The two subjects then dragged the decedent from the residence of 517 North Third Street to the enclosed porch area of 515 North Third Street. It is further believed two other individuals accompanied these subjects at the residence and all four of these subjects have returned to New York City.
The police have identified all four of these individuals by eyewitness identification from a security video from a local retail store. These subjects have been identified by their street names as Butter, Prince, T-Dot and Dollar.
From eyewitness accounts, it is alleged that Butter shot the decedent in the head and that Prince provided the firearm and helped to dispose of the decedent’s body after the homicide. Martinsburg Police have obtained warrants for First Degree Murder for both Butter and Prince from State Magistrate Sandra Miller.
The other two subjects identified as T-Dot and Dollar remain at this time as persons of interest to the police in regards to this investigation. The Martinsburg Police are putting forth photographs of these individual in hope to ascertain their true identification and possible apprehension. Anyone with information regarding these individuals identification or exact whereabouts is urged to contact the Martinsburg Police Department at 304 264 2100.
